The room was lovely and well-maintained, with a good view from the balcony. the staff were friendly and helpful, providing clean towels and toiletries daily. the location was perfect for me, with plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance. I also appreciated the high-speed internet and spacious desk, which made it easy to work during my Christmas vacation.
The air conditioning wasn't very effective, so the room felt a bit stuffy at times. the bed was a bit too hard for my personal preference.

The towel holder in the bathroom kept falling off the wall and the shower was not fixed properly, making it difficult to use. The TV was also old and had a large burn mark in the middle of the screen, making it hard to watch. the hotel needs some improvements to make it a more comfortable stay.

Our stay was a great experience. The room was spotless and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was clean and well-maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing us with a map of the area and recommendations for nearby restaurants. We enjoyed the convenience of the Seven Eleven store and the great options at the small steak house. There was also free laundry service available, which was a nice bonus. it was a wonderful stay.
The TV was not functioning properly, which was a minor inconvenience.
